I forgot to weigh in last week...So I'm doing it early this week.
Unfortunately, due to exams and my absurd amount of homework, I was not able to exercise at ALL. Like, seriously, the most exercise I got was on Tuesday, when I walked to the xray clinic with my boyfriend (he was a klutz) and then later when I literally ran all the way to his house from mine (yeah...five minutes). The run felt good, actually.
So, due to my inactiveness and stress, I ate a lot and exercised a little. Therefore, I'm back up to 134lbs. Oh well. I've got a new semester coming up and hopefully a new job coming too, so I'll have to stay on top of things more.
Until next time,

PS. Okay, NOW I'm going to go finish my homework! :)

Tip Number 5: Photos!
This is sort of a simple one. At the beginning of your weight loss journey, take some pictures of yourself...from every (appropriate) angle. As you start getting more discouraged, look at those photos and ask yourself "do I want to look like that again?" When you get to your target weight, take more pictures! Put them up on Flickr or Facebook! :)
Hopefully, this will be enough to keep you on track. If it's not, try finding a picture of someone with the body you would like. Cut out a picture of your face and glue it over the model's face. IMAGINE yourself as that person! Put the picture somewhere where you will see it every day...On the fridge, on your bathroom mirror, on the corkboard in your bedroom, it doesn't matter. Just put it somewhere where it'll be seen by you. This is supposed to remind you of what you're striving towards.
Well, I think that's it. I know it's a small post, but I'm supposed to be doing homework. :(
Take care!
